Anyone heard of/used 'Performance Porsche' near Halifax?

Not heard of them before although in my back yard. They claim that they don't charge VAT. Must be either a very small operation indeed, very new (and due to hit the VAT threshold some time soon) or due a visit from Customs & Excise!!

The VAT might be a sales technique. IE VAT is already included in the price.

I don't recognise the name and I thought I knew all of or most of the specialist in our region.

Not sure how they can advertise no VAT and £40 an hour is crazy, not sure how they can do it given the equipment they claim to have and the look of their premises.

I would want to go visit before I left my car with them. But maybe they are just kicking off so who knows.

I have used Revolution Porsche in Brighouse ( Huddersfield ) you will not get better. Excellent workshop with top technicians .

Notice you need body work, the best BW shops I know of are too far as in Lincolnshire. Rather than Porsche indie you should ask for a good body shop.

The owner, Richard used to own pro Porsche in brighouse and then himself and another chap went their own way which is why one set up revolution Porsche and Richard set up performance Porsche so it's new ish which explains the vat issue. Went on a specialist cars run with him when he used to own pro Porsche, decent chap and knows his stuff. Revolution Porsche seem ok too to be fair.
