Cild seat in my 993

I want to put a booster cushion in the rear of my 993 cab but would like to have a 3 point fixing to the car.
I have seen a 993 cab on piston heads clasifieds wth an added part between the rear seats with the seat belts coming out making it a 3 point harness.
Is there a porsche accessory for this or was it an ad hoc conversion.
The car in question was a LHD so could this be something that is required for the American market.
