Quite short drives when possible.

Now the sun's out it's ripping about nonstop right? After its service? Wrong. It's at Centre Gravity while Chris weaves his magic, boy am I looking forward to my rebuilt dampers, rebuilt, improved and adjusted-to-within-a-micron-of-its-lite geometry next week!

Meantime I have to fit a new exhaust strap to the Peugeot for a trip out tomorrow. Blaaah.

Enjoy! Was in the same situation. I got my '2 back from PARR a few weeks ago after having new suspension fitted and have just enjoyed a 1000 mile eurohoon to the 'Ring. I'd forgotten just how mental the car is...

This week I've taken every opportunity to take the car for a proper blast - the 'stickability' of the tyres in this weather is/are great !!!

Update now I've weighed the disks. Old steel fronts 22kgs the pair, about 1mm or so off each face for whatever difference that makes compared with new.

Ceramics 11kgs the pair. That's exactly half the weight or 5.5 kgs of rotating inertia at each corner. No wonder it feels so different on the road. 21st century technology. Love it! smile
