Day insurance for young driver
Discussion
I've a 997 C4S and was looking to insure my son for a day or a weekend on the car so he could just take it out.
I've looked at the day insure sites etc. and no-one will touch him because of his age (he's 22!)
Does anyone know of any companies that would provide day cover for him on my car?

Your own insurer may allow this for temporary like a week or a month at a cost (or even free if lucky). Worth giving them a call first before you look elsewhere.
I used Bridle brokers (they insured through competition car insurance), just phoned them and they said no chance! They seemed to think no-one would touch him until he's 25.
Obviously Admiral seemed more flexible, has anyone else done similar for a young driver, if so who did you insure with.
I think I will definitely go with Admiral insurance next year, because they were a lot better about all sorts of other things and not for much more premium.
