Discussion
I have also been looking for my 996
This is the cheapest I found so far !
http://www.camskill.co.uk/
I would be interested if anyone knows of a cheaper place.

Thanks...Camskill, I checked them out for Pirelli's and Michelin's here's what I found...
£245 delivered each for Pirelli P-Zero's - http://www.camskill.co.uk/m55b1102s4009p70300/PIRE...
£292 delivered each for Michelin PS2's - http://www.camskill.co.uk/m55b735s4009p69388/MICHE...
I just remembered about Costco I'll check them out too.
V8KSN,
The tyre size is 265/35 x 19
My car has a matching set of Pirelli's is it advisable to replace the rears with the same or will fitting Michelin's on the rear upset the handling or upset Porsche regarding the warranty.

Klippie, I got an email from Black circles the other day saying you get a £25 Love2Shop voucher if you buy two tyres from them, factor that into your decision too if you are buying 4.
Edit:
http://www.blackcircles.com/catalogue/michelin/pil...
Michelin PS2's for £280.45 each tyre then you get a £25 Love2Shop voucher from Michelin for buying 2 tyres.

Here is what I've got so far..
Well first of all I spoke to Porsche to confirm what needs to be fitted to keep everything and everyone happy...they said both axles need to be fitted with the same brand and N rating of tyre no mixing, as much as I'd like to change to Michelin I won't be putting a full set of tyres on when the fronts are perfectly fine with 6mm of thread depth showing, so two new Pirelli P-Zero's it is.
Prices for two new tyres...
Camskill - £490 delivered to the door + local tyre depot £20 fitting = £510
Pro's / Con's - cheap price but a bit of concern how well the car & wheels will be handled and looked after.
Official Porsche Center - £570 total price including fitting.
Pro's / Con's - more expensive but I thought not a bad price for the main dealer plus the car & wheels will be properly looked after and I'll get to drool over new Porsche's for a while waiting for my tyres to be fitted.
I've a couple of other places to try for prices before I commit to buying.
This may help others I found this out today...Costco has 20% off Michelin's from 11th June - 1st July you need to buy four, that's a great deal if anyone needs a full set of tyres or as the tyre fitter said you can buy four rears and keep two for later.
V8KSN...I'am just after two tyres thanks anyway...and thanks to everyone else for their help.
