Jasmine are a long established Porsche wheel and parts dealer, the workshop is newer but I'd imagine ok.

Removal of the front bumper to clean behind and around the radiators isn't part of the schedule at all, but worth having done. Major should include air and fuel filters I think, spark plugs may be extra (your service book should tell you all this really), also check if you're due a brake fluid and/or coolant change.

OPCs are now £750 from c.£1000 for a major service including spark plugs. In the cars service book it lists what is done. My local indie quoted £660 for the same service.
