Anyone else have this problem and if so is there a fix other than replacing them?

No,

BUT

remove the light and place a small sac of silica gel in the shell. You will have loads lying about the house as the litte bags come in all electrical packages.

Unhelpfully all I can add is yes I have this problem, and no I haven't worried about fixing it...
It only happens in extreme rain / wet conditions and it 'dries out' after a couple of days too.

they leak where the front lens joins the main body after they come apart a bit

I removed them, dried them, re sealed with bathroom sealant and then refitted
