Very excited to be picking up a 2003 Boxster S tomorrow thanks to PH'er Zato. My efforts to find a nice 4 cylinder up-front Porsche failed as I just couldn't resist the Boxster.

and as luck would have it, the roof has bust! It is stuck in the open position. Attempts to close it result in only one side of the covering panel moving up rolleyes

Anyone any ideas?

Certainly not planning on fking about with it! Looks like the roundy thing with the pushrods attached is going round on one side but not the other. What do we think, Porshe Byfleet or GT-One?

Loving the Skoda.

Shame your hairdresser's parked his car in the way to get a proper look at it.

Awesome! That's in Chessington just down the road from me. I'll phone them in the morning.
Thanks

Lovely car...but then I would say that !! After speaking to you today I am still speechless about the roof. 3 years of faultless ownership and a week later the roof plays up. Hopefully a simple and quick fix, fingers crossed.

Won't you get held up by one truck overtaking another all the way round at 56mph? wink

That aside, sounds like a fun day - can you let me have some more details or a link?
Cheers.

Oh, the car looks very pure Bert!
