Cleaning 997 Leather Doors?

I have a few marks on the leather trim on the doors on my 997 pictured below. Whats the best way to remove these marks? should I just use a leather cleaning product from Meguairs or Zynmol or should I just use soap and water?

Use autoglym leather cleaner on a damp cloth, let it dry and then apply some leather cream, and lightly rub it in to keep the original finish I.e. not like armour-shiny finish
I have a 997 also and find I am always getting mark s like this when it's raining just from.opening the doors

That stuff is super and leaves the leather supple and smelling like new.
