can I get this part seperate?

[mtm81]

I'm guessing probably not, but I'm looking to get a replacement for:
996 731 812 01

it's a piece of black plastic cowl which fits around the anti dazzle mirror common in the 996tt and an optional extra in other 996's.

I can see a couple of places in the US that will ship me a second hand part (which doesn't bother me) but if I can get one new in the UK I'll take a look....

The correct part nr is 996.731.812.01 01C .
Any P parts dealer can order this for you.

my car came with the other side in the glove compartment laid there looking sorry for itself.. thought I'd give it a treat and join it back up to what it should be linked to... £4.00 odd plus vat - jackpot...
