Out of the village, into the NSL, nail it in second, up to the line, into third, on it for a second then hard on the brakes, trail it into the apex, slight yump, watch the back then hard on it, feeling the back squat and hook up. Check the S bends ahead for no traffic, into 4th, into the S bends, short shift to 5th, up to the brow of the little hill, hit the brakes hard hard hard, indicate, pull over, make sure the speed is gone before I bump over the little kerb onto the gravel. Neutral, handbrake, engine off.

Btw who are you indicating for? Surely no one keeps up with you on your 'track?'
Usually an oncoming tractor. Btw who are you indicating for? Surely no one keeps up with you on your 'track?'
And, no, given the years of racing, even my ex-racer friend in his M5 struggled the other day, simply because I know the surface so well. :-)
