We have a 2004 Caynenne which throws up an "air suspension fault" warning light
Porsche OPC have looked and advised modified pump required and relay £1600 !
We have had the existing pump looked at by a pump specialist (BBA Reman) and it has tested all Ok.
Refitted and all suspension functions are working no leaks but still light comes on.
Can anyone recomend local specialist to look at this problem. Hampshire area
I am worried that we could pay OPC for the pump replacement and still have the problem, they then find another problem and cure it after replacing the pump when it was not required.

Hello,

What is the error code logged in the level control unit ?

More than likely it is the pump/valve block as these do give trouble and it is down to the pressure sensor built into the pump.

Hi As Mike has said its common for the compressor to give problems, just fitted one, fault code 1772 is the normal stored fault.
