I do apologise if this has been done before... But I have been a Porsche nut for well over 25 years now and I just like anything Porsche. So for me its cars (first of course) models, bits, spares, shirts, watches, brochures, posters anything with that damned Porsche logo on it! nerd

Along side your cars, what other Porsche items do all you guys collect and what is that prize item in your collection?

I've got a nice and fairly rare dual 550 Spyder and 550 Anniversary Boxster model set. And a Boxster 550 polo shirt. Wouldn't mind one of the nicer watches too.

Watch, shirts, trainers, mugs, models, but I really fancy the big garage light on eBay for 125 quid in HK. Just don't know if it would arrive at all or in one piece!

Sorry cant post a link from my iPhone frown

1:43 scale models.

Mainly Lemans race cars and ones that I've actually seen racing. Just for the memories really.

I've got a partly Porsche designed Harley V-rod, does that count?

Someone on here had an awesome home-made 917 inspired barbeque in Gulf colours which looked really cool. cool

Books - dozens of them. Mainly concerned with racing and the latest is, if you were there and as obsessive about it as me, a brilliant one. The title is "Porsche 956 - Sketches of Performace" and it details every 956 ever built and shows the livery in which it raced at every significant race it entered. Totally fking superb and a steal at £25.00. A must have for the Group C freak, and presumably a 962 version to follow. I also have the fancy ones about the 956/962s, 917s, 935s and so on. Other than that, not a lot else.....

I quite like some of the Porsche design stuff but i think it's a bit too expensive. I couldn't buy any of the clothing as getting out of my old Boxster in a Porsche t-shirt would surely make me look like the biggest penis on earth, other than maybe the old guys you see getting out of their Mondial wearing a Ferrari t-shirt and cap

Books, posters, trainers, caps, lighter, sunglasses, mouse mat, fleece (subtle Porsche logo not plastered with a huge print), rucksack, holdall, wooden model, dinky toys on my desk, tin mug, normal mugs...

Oh dear... wink

Errr 2 cupboards full of 1/18 & 1/76th scale Porsches. Torches, key rings, shirts, T shirts, posters; including a 917 one signed by Richard Attwood. Theree is probably more!

After being gifted some I expanded my collection via eBay.

Obviously there are fakes out there but I still think you can get a generally good feel for if they're genuine by the adverts and after buying a couple I generally got in touch with the sellers & purchased more of their collections.

Most of mine came from 2 or 3 trusted sellers in the USA & France.

I keep thinking of putting them up for auction but I think they're probably worth more to me than any one else, I just wish I had the space to hang them all-Laura rather understandably doesn't see them in the house & the office & garage are full!

A set of espresso mugs and saucers, and a Porsche Design pen. And that's it - though I quite like the look of some of the Martini Racing polo shirts, but always worry that I'd look a bit of a tool climbing out of a Porsche in a polo-shirt that says 'Porsche' on it...
