I have tried using search, without success, but I am sure this question was answered a few months ago, but I did not flag it.

I live in France and want my local garage to do a 60,000km service on my 987 2007 Boxster.

The car came from Vosges near the German border and so is a German supplied car. My French is OK but my German is non-existent. Can someone direct me to an English version of the Porsche maintenance schedule, or, in desperation, could someone .pdf me page 13 of their own?

There is also something odd that I would like him to investigate. When the car is cold, it recently seems to de doing some diagnostics check before firing the starter motor. When I turn the ignition, I see the oil level check sequence countdown from 5 seconds and then when it reaches zero, it says “depress clutch” (which I already have). I have to repeat this a few times before it will eventually turn the starter.

Has anyone any ideas where the mechanic needs to investigate?

Thanks

SonnyM

Thanks for that, but it is the detailed schedule from page 13 that I was after.

Copied pages 13 & 14 from the maintenance schedule

Your "depress clutch" issue could be a faulty switch.

Thanks for this, it looks straightforward - it looked quite foreboding in my German version.

Please can you say if there is any other information regarding when the belt for alternator / AC should be replaced. Also, when does the brake fluid need to be replaced?

An OPC will say brake fluid every 2 years or 20k miles.
