I am getting strange clonking sound from the back of gt3. It doesn't happen all the time and seems to be heat or temperature dependent as it only occurs after a long run on a hot day. Its not speed dependent as it happens at all speeds. Accelerating out of slow corners is worst although it also happens in straight lines. Camtune have the car but cannot make it repeat the noise. Everything is ok with the car and has been checked out so wtf is going on. A problem with the diff is possible but surely that would be constant and consistent. Any thoughts?

have a look at your rear brake shoes (inside the disc hub)
I had a similar noise - the retaining spring had broken - but the handbrake still functioned ok
