seatbelt compliance markings

hey,
I need to supply my seatbelt compliance numbers but mine are all gone! completely rubbed off.
Does anyone have a 3.2 carrera that can see the markings and let me know.
The only thing I can see is 'complies with ADR 4D' so I know it complies but I cannot supply the number. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
the tag is found where the seatbelt itself anchors to the floor. Mine is black with white writing.
