That's what Walter Röhrl said at the prospective buyers presentation in Weissach last week. On his first ever Ring lap in a production spec car, too.

the car had the optional weissach pack on apparently though i can't quite remember what that includes from the brochure the other week?

the article hinted that it enabled a more performance orientated driving option, perhaps like a kers boost?

I understood it just meant no NAV, no aircon and buckets with a cage and harnesses - could be wrong though!

Yup, a 35kg package of deletes, hardly significant on a 1700 kg car tho'.. I would have left them on it.. but thats a decision I'm unlikely to need to make.. !

Hmm, GT2 RS can do it in 7 min 18 secs.. so 7 min 14 secs for a car thats going to cost a lot, lot more... hmm.. I would want it to be at least 10 seconds faster.

For that price I think I would want it to fly me to the Ring airfield from my private helipad.
