Boxster 986 2.7 Remap

Just wondering if anyone has had an ECU remap done on a 2.7 986 Boxster? Experiences, good or bad are welcome. Also, what's a decent price? Everywhere I look it's floating about the £200 mark.

I'm quite satisfied with the suspension in the old Boxster, plus Scotland's roads disintegrated about a decade ago :-(

Was planning on keeping the Boxster for a while, so thought ECU remaps may be a worth while thing to look at. Plus, we all love tinkering :-)

But if it really won't make a noticeable difference, I won't bother. I thought that the extra torque would be fun, but I'd still like to know if anyone has tried it.

Remaps work best on turbo rather than na cars. So I wouldn't if I was you.

For that sort of budget, a bypass modified exhaust will make it feel faster.
