Carrera GT at BCA Nottingham on Thurs

While having a look at British Car Auctions website they have around a dozen Porsches for auction on Thurs including a 5500 mile Carrera GT. If anybody on here is attending it would be interesting to hear what they are bid?sold for!

Read the appraisal, sounds like it's had a very hard life with lots of paintwork/previous repairs.

Suspect it's at that auction for a reason.

There has to be a story here, they dont have an estimate, the bodywork is shocking and it was brought back and registered in this country in May this year. Also a company entry so i doubt it will be going silly cheap.

Sounds like there's still a margin to be made there then. It's not unusual for these to have colour changes as the whole body comes off - Sambaman had his done by Porsche Reading - so getting a full paint job shouldn't be too prohibitive and it'll then be like new (cosmetically) and in whatever colour you choose. I wonder what aqua blue would look like?
