A steal indeed, must be one of those ultra rare turbo 'S' cars without the 'S' badge and steel brakes on red 4 pots, who are they trying to mug, it's £27.5K worth..!

.. a little harsh @ 27.5..?, considering the 2 factory '05-S' cars that have recently gone from the classifieds, 1 @ 38 (RSJ) +1 private @ 35.. and 9E's tuned 03-X50 @ £29.. an 04-X50 low miler, stands @ 30 to get it sold, perhaps the guy who wrote the add doesn't know what he's got.. !

Struggling to see your logic - RSJ has an S with nearly 3 times the miles and a tip for under £2K lessA private seller has one for £5K less, but no related info
and 9E and a standard turbo with tip 'box with over 50K miles and dicked about with still for more than you think this is worth?????
If I was batting around the £40K mark, I think my money would go here

Bit strong on price, but must be one of the nicest spec 996 Turbo's out there!

The 9E car is a tuned manual 03-X50 up for 29, it may come for a bit less tho' ah Ken..!.
The other TT-S is a car I would want, a lovely spec, but it's not 43.5 worth to me, knowing the last 2 'S' cars went well under 40..!

Did you see the one above? Looks a beauty to me. Maybe a little room from negotiation??The 9E car is a tuned manual 03-X50 up for 29, it may come for a bit less tho' ah Ken..!.
Guessing you mean this one...

If that went for 38, then maybe refer it to the seller of the above and see if he will move on price? Even if he went to £40K, surely the carbon bits and 10K miles less must be well worth the extra £2K?

Yes Mr Tickle, she's a beauty, just my spec, if it was seal grey & 38 I would be looking at it out of my office window..!
advertising a 996 turbo as an 'S' when it is not is not a new game.
Good luck to the sellers.
To me, I would not trust them from the off just bc of that.
When it comes to ruffled leather and aerokit, they are both an acquired taste and would be at a discount to a 'normal leather' and 'non-aerokit car'.
Lots of no-no's on that car.
Good luck to the sellers.

X50 with an aerokit is a must for me. Would not buy a 996 turbo without. Also the combination is much rarer.Good luck to the sellers.

each to their own then. I find the styling of the 996 turbo busy enough when 'standard'. The aerokit is trying to hard in my eyes. Overly boy-racer. When it comes to ruffled leather, I am thinking 1980's DFS sofas.

The only thing that should be ruffled is a foot stool... !Moosh said:
