New ceramics at 20k miles.

That's had some money spent on it!

Looks like a fantastic buy.
If only.

I reckon its been garaged all its life.

if the mileage and rev ranges checkout as well as bodywork that would be the one to own.

Painful ownership costs - over 8k pa in depreciation alone - ouch!

Nice buy now though!

Looks good
Wasn't there a thread on this car recently?
Im sure its this one Mark 2 wheels etc
Had a lot of paint apparently, might be why its relatively cheap.........

Sooner have an original car personally with correct colour spoiler the right wheels for the year, but that's just me.

Its an 04 car with 04 wheels so original.

Also the non painted carbon rear spoiler was an option.

Shame if it has had lots of paint!

I thought they only put these wheels on the MK 2?
Certainly not standard for a MK 1

If this is the car that came through here recently it's a late mk1 so incorrect.

It is wrong, the (very good) ad clearly states it is a mk1, imagine the owner had the mk2 bits added - lovely thing if the new paint was just paint chips rather than damage.

Yes this is the one that sold on eBay, then went to auction, then to current seller all in about one or two weeks if I remember correctly.
Mk 1 , with Mk2 wheels.

Hence the price.

The 38k car is the best value car on the GT2 section IMO
Well known & original apparently. Certainly looks the business, & the owner has had his fair share of nice 911's.

Correct. I was very close to buying the MB car , had car inspected , which it passed with flying colours complete with comment that it had the best history file ever seen by inspector. Only personal circumstances at the time dictated I had to pull out and then CAL stepped up to the plate and bought it.
It's a fantastic car and as original as they come. If I was in a position to buy, then this would be the only car I would consider.
