997 - buy on mileage or age?

Have £40- £50k to spend and want a 2010 with less than 20k on the clock...preferably a gen 2. Is this reasonable or should i punt for a slightly older car with less miles?

For 50k I am sure you can find something. Quite a large budget differential you have. For 40k you probably won't get your spec.
