Thursday Lunchtime I spotted a Carrera GT being pulled out of the bushes between junction 12 M4 and the Theale business park. It looked as though it had some pretty serious damage. Hope everyone was ok! It was remarkably close to a well known UK HQ, was it being serviced? I can just imagine that phone call.

It went in after sliding its side down the crash barrier, then went through a large sign, down the bank and disappeared into the bushes and hit a tree! Landed on its passenger side I think.

Handy that it was just down the road from the only place you can get them repaired and maintain the warranty.....

Sir,

during the service we noticed during the paint check that a number of panels may need to be addressed.

How long? Well six to eight weeks - if that is OK sir!

Sir,

My CGT was recently in for a scheduled service. I collected the car when the light was low and it was only when I returned home that I noticed some damage to the paintwork.
I expect porche Reading to sack the tool that was responsible for the test drive and make good on all of the p el damage.

I should say as well that I am often on that bit of road and see the service technicians and testers driving on that dual carriageway but I have never seen them driving anything but very sensibly......Have tried to bait them in my car and they never take the bait or give chase in any way.

.. It wouldn't be the 1st time, some one went for a test / post service run, and binned it...

Was it in the dry..? anywhere near a roundabout or diesel spill..?
To bin 1 of those in a straight line on the motorway takes some doing.., blow out maybe..?

Every time a salesman has taken me for a test drive along that stretch they have driven like a bloody terrorist.
