Cayenne door unlocking / locking function

I have a MY 2011 Cayenne.

In the first summer I had it, I could hold down the unlock button and all the windows, roof blind and roof would open. Holding down the lock button would close the windows, blind and roof.

Now, holding the unlock button does nothing (other than unlocking the car) and holding down the lock button merely makes the wing mirrors fold back (and locks the car).

I didn't really use the feature much in the UK as it wasn't really that hot, but as the car and I are now in Sydney and it's often baking hot when I come back to it I really need it.

I presume the config has gone during an update / campaign release to the computer but I was hoping the settings would be somewhere on the console that I could do myself.

Can anyone throw any light on this? Is there a hidden setting? Does it still happen on your car or have they removed it altogether? Does it only work in the Northern hemisphere / with English fuel / where they don't have so many snakes and spiders / where everyone's called Bruce ??

Have you tried holding the control upside down ?

I have. I've also tried it whilst wearing a hat with corks hanging off it and moaning about the Olympics, but still no joy!
