Anyone know the Speed Yellow GT3 at Dovehouse
Discussion
Miles kills sales on these types of cars which is crazy. But that's life and what the market wants.
Check
Diff
Clutch
Dampers
Bush,s
Disks
Pads
Tyres
Rev ranges
Body damage
Service history
A/c
Paint work
And front rads
There are also a few minor parts which wear out
Coil packs
Battery
Alternator
Think that's about it lol

All I know is it's been for sale for a long time, so haggle hard.
Definitely look into it though as it's a great GT3 colour and does look stunning.
It was on my radar but I managed to buy my Mk1, which appeals more to me.
I did know of a very very nice MK2 with 17k miles on, 3 owners, only ever serviced by Newcastle opc and a truly minty mint example, up for £38k, but it was silver and I imagine it's gone now.

I remember someone saying on a previous thread it may not have air con. Deal breaker for some
2 really nice mk ii clubbies have gone up for sale at rpm technik. The GR one looks lush. Seems very competitively priced

Gotta be guards red or speed yellow on a '6 GT3. It's the rules!
I believe the dovehouse car has no air con so will be a tad less than one with it.
But as already said by some you need to check it out and see whats been refreshed.
Mileage is nothing as long as its been maintained to a high standard.
A factor when i bought my gt3 mk2
It had huge refresh at 40k which was 2 k ago.
Items done
Clutch
Shocks proper full wheel aligment height weights
Rads
Air con condensers regas
Discs and pads all round
New tyres all round
Coil packs
Battery
Oil pressure sendor
Full 48k service
No over rev in range 2 at all very few low in range 1
Probably more stuff i have forgot but this was a major factor when i was buying yes its got 40k on the clock but its been maintained as its needed to be and serviced on time.
A low miler might not been used much and out of the garage to much but does that mid 20s car need consumables lurking soon for new owner. He may have to budget for these things in the future. All very nice to have low miles but would you be affraid to use it of fear of a expensive refresh after some more miles or indeed putting miles on the clock.
Only in my opion theres no cheap GT3s there cheap for a reason.

Almost exactly the same list of things mine has just had tracey, although my car has done 60K miles.
I need the front end blown in on my car due to stone chips and a service in the spring but that's it. Although me being me, always looking for things that may need doing, I'm now having thoughts as to how I know my diff is still good. I can't see anything in the history with regards to a new one but obviously I don't want to get it done unnecessarily.
