110db at the Ring, risk it ?

this weekend at the ring, car is a standard 996tt which will im ure be fine on static and drive by db at the ring, only planing on a couple gentle laps as im with my 9yr old son.
do i leave the fabspeed super sport on which checks in at around 110db or switch to standard before we head off? overall a 1200 mile jourey as we are headed to stuttgart afterwards for a few days, boomy cabin for 1200 miles??mmmm decisions decisions

I got tested at 105 db in my Failmobil earlier this year at 3500 RPM, usually they test at 4000

I had kept it quiet in the pits, and not given it the full beans out of the gates. But I think I got stopped because they heard me pulling away from a yellow flag zone for a wrecked car on the uphill section after Bergwerk.

I'm pretty sure you can get away with it if you just dont act a tt also being in a Porsche gets you more freedom down there

Static limit during TF is 95 db and there is also a driveby monitor near the bridge at Tiergarten. Porsches generally escape scrutiny. I saw a Lamborghini with a Tubi exhaust banned for noise, (110 static i think) so it does happen.

Website says its open every Saturday and Sunday in January 9am-4pm (subject to weather of course). They won't open if there's snow/ice on the track.

Went about 5yrs ago on New Year's Day, rain on the track. After a few minutes ice on the track! We were the only one on the track! Saw a 205 it 206 go by us later that day. After our first lap they called us in as ice was on the later half of the track!

I got 2 laps in and my 2 mates got a lap each. Felt crazy Cem in a 2l a3

My mate and I weren't allowed on after measuring 101 and 105 Dbs static. Not happy tbh but didn't realise they were so stringent. Fortunately had the whole day at Spa the day before so wasn't a total loss.
