Just after a bit of help folks.

I want to mount the fire extinguisher in my RS (mainly for novelty value, then ill probably remove when I realise it gets in the way) but I dont have the mounting bolts. Does anyone know a part number? Ive searched online and cant seem to find them.

I have the bracket and the spacers but no bolts.

Im overseas at the moment but I guess last resort is pop into my opc when im next home.

Yes oddly (Although mine came with the car, bought private) mine hase the extinguisher, bracket and spacers but no bolts.

Its never been fitted though, still wrapped in the original packaging as new so thats maybe why no one has realised.

I guess if you know the length then any similar M10 bolt will do.

If it's just for novelty value, buy a smaller cheaper one and clamp it to one of the struts of the roll cage, should look cool and you can leave it there.

For now I think ill go the cheaper option of spending 5 quid on bolts (Or 50 from the OPC smile )

Rather than buying another extinguisher..

You'll need to check that the floor is actually drilled and ready to accept the extinguisher. IIRC, if the extinguisher wasn't requested to be fitted at the factory, some cars left with the carpet cut outs etc - but no holes / captive nuts in the flooorpan

I guess these might do then?

Unless they need to be threaded the full length?

To be fair to my OPC the bolts aren't shown on the exploded diagram showing required parts for the Clubsport package, hence no part number. They do appear on the workshop fitting guide but without part numbers. I'm assuming that any zinc plated M10 bolt will do !!
JZM gave me the size and I've just ordered two bolts for £1.64 (and plastic washers for 99p !!) from ebay.........I'll let you know if they fit

This looks to be the correct type going off this picture.

Hi, I can not find the bolts either on the PET system but can locate a bolt that would do the job.

Part number is 90037831301 £1.15 plus vat it is M10x55mm it is 5mm too long but not the end of the world.

It will also have the flat washer built onto head of bolt.
