Removing Dents
Discussion
Have a 987 Boxster that I've owned from new. It's a 2006 and need some minor work to the body.
A small dent to door, scratch to an alloy and damage x 2 to the front spoiler that will need some minor filling prior to painting.
Is this something a mobile service can deliver and any experience of who / which company or individual to go for?
I am considering Dentmaster and Chips Away
(I live 'Up North' - Northumberland)
I know it is difficult to comment without seeing the damage but what is a ball park figure I should be paying?
Thanks

Hi 2gad,
in a rush tonight but I'm in Northumberland.
Loads of dent guys who can remove a door ding. Usually £20 per dent. Dent eddie is supposedly good in Gateshead but I haven't used him.
I haven't got the guys details to hand who I use but most are pretty good.
Wheel scuff - Get a refurb. SEM in Sunderland probably best. Miserable mackem guy but good with wheels.
There's a new place in Westerhope that have invested a lot in machines etc and are also well spoken of.
Get the set done. If you're on a tight budget get at least the 2 on that side done. you'll never see all 4 at once if there's a slight diff. in shade.
I'd always get the 4 done though.
Paintwork. Can't recommend a chips away place up here. Good bodyshop is Heaton Coachworks, but they charge for it.
Anyway, sorry it's brief. Goodl luck.

Go see Garry Charlton from Chipsaway next door to DDB Detailing & Valeting at the Silverlink. He's a cut above your usual mobile paint and operates out of a unit there. David @ DDB may well be able to get you a deal on your wheel refurb at the Wheel Specialist at Westerhope if you book in for a detail with him.
They did a cracking job on my 944 Turbo S wheels that were very rough indeed beforehand.
