As a reader every day of pistonheads..sometimes more than once.(but not a prolific poster as you can see).. The week before Christmas found me stumble into this section...

The thread "poverty pork"... Got me thinking...

So a bit of reading.. Studying the configurations and the option lists... Looking at cars starting at the £16k mark...

Finally lead to me last week buying a 2012 Cayman in black!! (Taking delivery on Tuesday)... At way more than the original figure....

So I think you should all be ashamed... Think about what you have done... And realise the brownie points I have had to use up to justify my new car choice to "er indoors"...

Was goimg to be a gen 1....

Reading the forum made me realise a gen 2 would be better....

If I was buying a cayman the PSE was a must...

Not forgetting upgrading the audio (Bose)...

Standard wheels would not cut it...

The list kept growing..... Finally found a car that suited... (Nearly all bixes ticked).... And there you go....

Nooooo... That was only the influence.... The plan was to have a second weekend car...it's now the main car... And I am busy browsing AT to find a shed for the day to day stuff....
