Reset my PCM ... Bugger!

I was fiddling with the PCM on my Boxster Spyder and noticed an option to reset PCM. I thought, yes, let's go back to factory default and now it's in German!

Is there a simple way to sort my problem out? Promise not to fiddle again!

Yes, simple, as I had to reset mine, but it was with an OPC at the end of the phone giving me instructions. I'd give one of them a call tomorrow.
