overall pretty happy, getting slight vibration in the steering above 70mph (wheels balanced on the weekend), any possible causes? blokes at protyre were hinting at a buckled alloy but I don't quite believe them since the car is from a reputable dealer. I don't want to be fussy and call the dealer for this just yet, so does anyone have any ideas about what could cause vibrations. They're not massive just slight, what's weird, on the way to work i didn't feel them (cold morning) and later felt them a bit on the way back.

Sounds like a buckle. They should see it when they try to balance the wheel.

I'm afraid it might be... i will try another balancing place later. - can buckled wheels be fixed at all ?

I wouldn't fix one on a Porsche. I'd buy another rim.

Yes. Porsche and others. Your dealer should sort it.

If they are 'reputable' the dealer should see you good, go back to them.

Great cars Caymans.

great looking car, now you're in trouble - it won be your last!!

One thing I'd just ask - please take it on a track day or round the nurburgring, until you let a Porsche off the leash you won't really appreciate what a great machine you actually own.
