Hey,

I've just picked my a Gen 2 Cayman S and I was wondering what options can be retro fitted?

Only things I would have liked are climate control, auto dimming mirrors, heated seats, maybe sat nav?

Its already got sport chrono, PSE, sports seats. I'm not missing any of the above yet, but just wondering what can be done.

Thanks

Anything is possible but I would imagine that little lot would cost you between 5 and 10k.

Probably cheaper to sell the car and buy another with what you want!

I think if these things are really important to you then it would be cheaper to get a car specced up from new or find one with the kit already on it. Some options can be retro fitted but the costs can be vast.

Unlike BMW, Porsche don't offer anything much in retrofit options.

Hi Mate, sorry but MTR is so right. You're doing it the wrong way around. If you were looking for something in particular, the best move would have been to buy a car speceed with it fitted already. Sorry to be so frank.

If you ask your OPC, they'll be able to tell you what they are allowed to retrofit.

Ok thanks for the replies. I knew it wouldn't be worth it value wise, because I'd be paying for the options rather than whoever spec'd the car.

Those options aren't necessary to be honest and don't take anything away from the car, just would be nice to have. Missing them didn't stop me buying the car, so obviously not that important for me!
