Not wanting to hijack the Cayman thread, since the 981 Boxster has been out a while now has anyone managed to get a discount when purchasing new [or used]?

If so, care to share?

No experience per se, but there appears to be quite a glut of them on the market at the moment, so I'd say its a buyers market...

(Unless you want a 987 Spyder, then it's a seller's market wink )

If you add in the demo cars there are 103 for sale on UK OPC's
Shortly I might be looking for a 981 'S' but nearly new not new. Too much of a hit on depreciation.
There have been two 'S' with PDK and PASM and 20" wheels up for £39990 in the last 2 weeks, full list about £53k

Not arrogant he is a pal of mine. Sorry I didn't mean it to be taken that way. Basically though, no deal.

Yep, if you "ask" for a discount the answer can easily be a NO.

If you say you will buy a car if they will do it for XXXX then its a different ball game.
