997 GT3.... the search could be over

As some of you may know, I have been looking for a 997 GT3 and the search may be over!
I was contacted from a member on here as he was putting his up for sale and after exchanging a few emails, I test drove it at the weekend and the car felt amazing!
The car still has an OPC warranty till Feb 2015 too which will be transferred to me.
An OPC inspection has been booked and the HPI report etc all checks out but are there any other checks I should make on the car above and beyond what an OPC inspection will cover?

I assume that the warranty was extended in February this year ? With another OPC inspection pending there shouldn't be anything else to check (some might mention top mounts !!).
Just ask the seller to fill up the fuel tank before you take delivery
Thanks Roadrunner, there were no squeaks or bumps from the suspension when I test drove the car over relatively bumpy roads (at varying speeds too). Just ask the seller to fill up the fuel tank before you take delivery

As for the full tank of fuel, I can always ask

Here's a pic of the car...
Nice looking that.
I'd be checking the obvious bits really but pay special attention to top mounts - pull off plastic trim and physically look at the mount.
And as its got PCCB I'd be measuring pad thickness ( new pads about 10mm thick ) and checking all the rotors are in good condition.
Also ask about any warranty work that has been carried out I.e oil leaks

The seller told me himself that there used to be a knocking sound from the suspension but the OPC could not find anything. On the test drive there were no squeaks or clonks and I drove it slow and fast over rough surfaces and smooth.
If they 'go' at a later date then the OPC has it on record that it was investigated previously so that *should* help with a warranty claim - I hope
What should I physically look for? Would the brake pad thickness be part of the OPC 111 point check?
