Yep redundant although I'd feel a little nervous cutting my brand new Cayman in half and adding a little length so I could get the seats in the back for the kids I have that enjoy their trips in the 991, but I guess if you take your time you can make a fair job of it smile

Beautiful, congratulations. I love the look of these cars and will be testing them on my return to the UK. I can't imagine I won't like it. I'm looking to change in about 18 months so hopefully will get a good second hand one then. Enjoy...

It's funny, but in all the "Here's my new 911" threads I've seen, I've never seen a 911 owner say "Cayman/Boxster = Redundant"

Hmm, inferiority complex surfacing? scratchchinwink

I am a single, childless bloke, so I don't need 4 seats...... I don't have '911' envy, I simply wouldn't spend £80K plus on a car.....this cost me the same as a nice 3 series BMW.....I prefer this biggrin
