Glove box tightness

Hi there,
I wonder if it is normal for the glove box in my 987, when shut, to still have a bit of play; it can, for example, be only very slightly pushed up further even when closed.
On a side note, the glove box does not move from side to side and nor does rattle when shut.
Perhaps, if it is not too much of a hassle, it would be great if anybody with either a 987 or a 997 can let me know the tightness of their glove box when shut.
