Have a look on petermorgan.org.uk. I think he does them for about £200ish plus mileage from memory.

Haven't used him myself, so this is not a recommendtion.

Thanks just had a look at his web site £255 all in by the look of it. Seems very comprehensive. Didnt think it would be that expensive But I suppose if it stops me buying something daft it will be good value.

a lot of independent specialists will offer an inspection and report. Ive used 4 different independents at various times, and they all offered this service. The last one (Porschetech in Bristol) charged £150 plus mileage. Some however require you to take the car to them which can be tricky.

If you dont know any independents in your area then have a look in Porsche Post, 911 & Porsche world or similar, and give them a ring. Even if the garage doesnt offer the service, the engineers will often do inspections as a freelance.

I had a brief experience of Peter Morgan, as a seller not a prospective buyer. he was very thorough

Autofarm do a very thorough one but the issue is you have to get the car to them (in Oxfordshire)
