Indy needed for PPI in blackpool

I'm looking to get my first Porsche, a C4S, and need it checked out by a specialist. The car is in Blackpool. Details of local independent specialist most appreciated as well as any info I should consider when looking at a 2003 plate with 67k on the clock.
