I have been very fortunate to have a good friend lend me his fastidiously cared for 'stock' 05 plate Cayenne turbo this weekend & l used it to go to Castle Combe today to help another friend exhibiting at Japfest. What a car it is! Given its size, it truly messes with physics/speed perceptions/expectations & l wanted to share my amazement (l did mainly m'way work sadly)... l'm pleased l took up my friend's kind off to try his car.

Mr C, good to hear that you are back car & driver unscathed..always a bit of weariness when you get to borrow your mate`s pride & joy. How does it compare to his AMG R class?

l cannot comment on the R as l have only sniffed the fumes as it passes me with the 'taps' open previously. The Cayenne is quite good in allowing Merc Sprinter vans a slip stream possibility though yes
