Throttle position sensor fault (997 turbo)

Hi guys, my turbo periodically throws up a CEL without any apparent problem or symptom. I've a generic code reader which allows me to clear it and car runs as normal. Anywhere from days to weeks later it pops up again. The code reader shows current DTC:-

P0121 - Throttle position sensor/Switch A Circuit range/Performance Problems

There is a pending one P0221 on the same terms but for Switch B circuit.

Does anyone know anything about this? Im guessing it might be a shorting issue somewhere but if anyone on this knowledgeable forum can help it would be appreciated.
