No one on here I hope. Fortunatly both the driver and passenger escaped with minor injuries.

Same driver. Draw your own conclusions.

Surely he's missing a screw? Thank god he survived, let alone the chances of that area being traffic free!

If that was during Touristenfahrten then the driver is a complete tw*t. In any case he does have neither anything near the car control that is required for such speeds nor a basic understanding of the intricacies of the different sections at the Ring. No pro-driver would do something stupid as he did. Luckily he and the copilot did not get hurt. A tw*t nonetheless...

His talents don't appear to match his spending power.

Iirc that little off was blamed on jumping between his LHD & RHD cars.

The driver said in the YouTube responses "There will be risks this year!!!" - so he got one thing right. Deep pockets indeed, now he's hurt someone maybe he'll appreciate money doesn't by everything.

Flugplatz without braking is very optimistic. It wasn't flat in my GT3 RS and it definitely isn't flat in the GT2s I've driven there. Accidents happen though. Personally, a full cage and harnesses is a minimum safety requirement on track. I note that the roof collapsed and the passenger was reportedly only saved from death by the 'good Samaritans' who sorted him out.

Understand the LHD / RHD comments as I've touched kerbs I didn't know existed when driving LHD.

it's full bore from Quiddelbacher Hoe down to the Flugplatz.. trick is to brush just enough off on the rise to get the nose pinned before you crest and take the double right and then on to the mighty Schwedenkreuz... get this section right and your on a flying lap, but it's the graveyard for attempts.

Looking at the vid in the F, just seriously can't believe people piss about with open faced helmets, especially as passengers and getting into cars driven by loons like this. As others have said, not to mention the car not having a cage etc in max attack mode. Oh well, natural selection and all that!

I'd like to think that mongs like that get 'banned' or black listed. Surely with all th track events, there must be a mechanism for getting rid of idiots?

Jesus Christ, he should be banned, no question, both crashes he is driving well beyond his limits, no one else's fault,

Agree though any serious track machine should have full cage, especially with side bars, harnesses too and electrical cut out and plumbed extinguisher, saw some pretty nasty crashes when I raced with 750mc for 5 years, 99% of the time people walk away unhurt, these guys are beyond lucky,

If he was racing, he'd be black flagged and probably loose his race license driving like that....

Just seen the video! No brake lights at all showing!! In a GT2 it's just impossible to go flat from end of Hatzenbach through QB and not brake before the bank.. at that point in a GT2 it's 140mph+ An SLS GT3 with all that aero & slicks is just about flat through that section, no chance in a GT2... One less RHD 997 GT2 means there cant be that many left after those that have been crashed or exported...

Should be a lifetime ban. Next time he may take someone else out with him.
