Check the 2 side rear windows. They should be stuck down well against the seal. If there's any flex when you push from the outside then it needs a repair. It's a common fault.
The usual look out for blacker tail pipes on one side... sign of a major problem.
Check oil level everyday before you start up in the morning. Takes 6 seconds.

Give the paintwork plenty of love. Resin polish gives a great finish and feeds the paintwork. Get yourself a great valet who loves the car like you do. Careful of wearing jeans because you will scuff the leather on the door side of the driver's seat - bet you can see some wear on it from previous owners. Assuming the car has a full Porsche service (and repair if necessary) history, then If you have any damage or scuffs get it repaired by Porsche approved only - it's a cost, but you are hitting the residual if you don't. It's a false economy to have a sub-standard repair to save a bit of money.
Enjoy. Andy.
