991 50th Anniversary Edition - USA gets more power?!

Looking around at car options for my extended stay in the USA, i happened upon the 50th Anniversary 911 and note that in the USA it appears they get the powerkit for free, increasing the car's power output to 430hp over the regular 400hp.

What gives - is this a misprint or do we have to cough up for the powerkit in addition over in europe?

It is probably just a case of PCNA deciding to sell the car in the country to include the power kit, price will no doubt reflect this.
Similar to PCGB selling cars with full leather as standard.
