986 Boxster Dansk silencer?

I'm ded up with an internal rattle from my OEM [2.7] silencer so looking to change it - just to kill the rattle and not to change/improve the sound as such.
I'm in Switzerland so many aftermarket options not really convenient as they would most likely fail local testing.
I see that Dansk do one with a 'CE mark' which would almost certianly be acceptable so it's really a toss-up betweeen this and OEM for me.
Any views on the relative merits of the Dansk one?
I might try to swap it myslef on the driveway. Am I likely to need specailist tools or would WD-40, a socket set and some swearing generally be expected do do the trick it? (I would buy some new clamps).
P.S. It isn't the heat shields as I sorted them out previously but was left with this internal rattle....
