Can anybody help

Currently run a Gen II cayman on 18" wheels, fancy replacing these with some new 19" rims via a Porsche Dealer.

Checked their website, lovely pictures but alas no prices - anyone have an idea of pricing or where I can get a price list?

Also, suggestions for a Gen II 19" wheels (car is basalt black and 2.9 so no red calipers which puts me off black wheels) - Sport Design? a bit of a classic in my eyes?

anyone know if an OPC will discount wheel / tyre packages?

I pretty much sure they all will if you ask... 10% off is pretty normal but I guess you can just ring a few up to see what they will do and then phone your local OPC to see if they will match or beat it.

Might be cheaper to source tyres outside of OPC though and get them fitted

Has to be the Spyder wheel - as standard on Cayman R and Boxster Spyder.

I purchased a set of genuine 19" Carerra S II alloys, complete with Michelin Pilot Sport 2 N4's and coloured crested wheel centres. They were for my Boxster 987 and this must have been about 3 years ago.
Nice guys to deal with and everything arrived exactly when promised and in perfect condition. They were just about to start their sale - so they did me the lot at the sale price - about £2,350 all in (with the wheel centres) and I sold my paint bubbled and corroding 18" set on Ebay for £550 with worn out tyres! Might be worth talking to them to see if they will do you a deal?

I didnt know the spider wheels were available to buy (and maybe on my 2.9 might be a bit much?)

the alloy wheels direct site looks a good bet - I've got boxster II 18" wheels on it currently so maybe it's ebay for those!

I've seen Spyder wheels on 987 Gen 2's so no reason to suspect they can't be purchased. Plus you'd have a ready market if you decide to sell them at the end of your ownership with Spyder owners who bought their car with the "wrong" wheels.

Definitely what I'd go for assuming they are available.

they do look amazing, but surely I'm into a whole world of brakes (calipers?) to set them off....(wandering to the edge of any technical knowledge I have here!!!)

You can upgrade to the "big red" calipers yes - but I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than I will be able to advise better than I can

You could always paint them - or have them painted.
