Yeah we all know that IB cars are appreciating but WTF come on, chancers or what.
Should have kept mine, I thought I was been ambitious at 40k FFS!

Deja vu 1990 IMO - the sun was shining, the classic car market booming, and all manner of fairly ordinary cars were being plied for increasingly silly money - and some silly people were actually buying them - some with borrowed finance. There was a significant market correction in 1991>

I dont believe that will happen again on cars like this, we live in different times now. That doesnt mean I believe that this car is worth 95k though. However, its only a matter of finding the right collector I suppose.
I am not sure that the UK is the right market for it?
95k is ridiculous! It looks to be a nice car on very low mileage (48K), but that's not really low enough for the serious collector is it?
89 g50 adds money, but I'd say that was a 50K car max or am I hopelessly out of touch?!
PS: That makes my 88 930 on 100,000 miles worth what? £50,000?

It does remind me of the last bubble. I remember turning down £100k for my mint fibreglass Ferrari 308, then selling a year later for £35k.
At that time 930's were being hyped up by the trade to similar ridiculous levels.
Maybe it is a bit different these days as the gap grows between those that have money to burn and the rest of us scraping a living. Mind you it makes more sense buying this for £95k, than pissing money in the wind on a new Porsche.

Times really are starting to remind me of the madness of the late eighties again. I'd agree this is a different kind of bubble to the last, especially the way it's been funded, but what is the same, dealers are getting greedier rather than the demand necessarily being there.
They only need one silly punter thinking this is the next big thing and hey ho, big profit made, others take note and values rise.
