Becker cascade head unit

I know a lot of Porsches have the Becker head units hence my posting this here and hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

I bought a car with a Becker cascade pro iPod/sat nav head unit - which is awesome it has to be said, anyway, recently had to replace the battery and now it's just asking for a code all the time

Have looked through all the handbooks etc and can't find it anyway and the previous owner now lives overseas. Arghhhhhh.

Is there any Becker service centres in the uk that I can get to sort it out?

If you can find the serial No plenty of places (even eBay) will supply the code for a nominal fee.
