I have just fitted what I thought was going to be on the 991 GT3
The "Dunlop Race maxx"
who cares about N rated !!! all N rated tyres are old designs who wants them on a expensive sports car.
If people are fitting N rated over super sports for the road they want there heads looking at imo.

Why are people so scared ?, I would love to see some one get refused a warranty claim because of a tyre not having a N mark.

I've only seen instances where an extended warranty won't be issued if the wrong tyres, battery etc are fitted, I haven't heard of any warranty work not being carried out because the wrong tyres etc have been fitted, has it happened to anyone?Why are people so scared ?, I would love to see some one get refused a warranty claim because of a tyre not having a N mark.

If you want the extended warranty you'll need to fit the right tyres.

It also depends on how good your relationship is with your dealer.

In which case I would point out that your question is superfluous. For a 7.2RS only the rear is available in N2, so you are matching your N numbers and will be running N1 Michelin Cup+s. Unless something has changed since the last time I looked, GT2 drivers were the only ones who could run the N2 Cup in warranty and the fronts for those are not exactly easy to come by...I want to keep the RS stock and have zero discussion when it comes to a warranty claim
