How to value a modified Boxster?

Needing a little advice or your thoughts at least.
I'm considering an early (97) Boxster that's been upgraded, its all been done professionally with receipts to prove (suspension, brakes, engine, headers, exhaust) but I'm struggling to decide what its worth.
Its a low mileage car in great condition with glass rear screen and a few cosmetic upgrades to keep it looking up to date (lights etc).
Is it worth any more than a very nice standard 2.5, what value can be placed on the fact that everything has been done to keep it in top order and enhanced from the standard car. It's not a chavved up car, just nicely improved over the years both from a looks and performance perspective.
What does everyone think?

Personally I would offer no more extra over a good standard car, and a bit less if any of it was in my view "chavved up" and I would want to get back to standard.
The possible performance benefit is completely cancelled out by the unknown risks IMHO.

If the car was going to trade, they would likely knock money off for mods.
Any non OEM mods & you cant buy an OPC warranty (if you wanted one)
