935 update!

I collected the car yesterday all built and ready to go.

Now I just need to get the body fitted, painted etc etc.

I rested the body on the chassis last night so I could show Jack what its like. Hopefully once the rear track is adjusted the rear should sit down properly

good work so far, how are you thinking of going with entry exit? all of the ones i've seen in the little lord fontleroy's gp or whatever at the classic le mans had open roofs iirc?

spoils the lines a little but obviously you don't want precious cargo trapped in case the worst happens!

oh & most important of course is what livery you're going with?!

I think I have pretty much decided on Jeagermeister as i think it will look pretty good.

Just need to check with Le Mans as Alcohol advertising is banned there I don't want them getting funny when I get there!

The front half of the body lifts up for access but I think I will fit a couple of gas struts to make it easier for him.

I am not sure about the shells. I know someone else bought the remaining 2 shells and jigs etc but I have no idea where they are or what they did with them.

I thought I would check with the organisers as alcohol advertising is banned in France. Seems it also applies childrens cars! Bloody glad I checked, imagine turning up and being told he couldn't participate!!!

Could you do a 'version' of the Jaegermeister livery but using the word Junge meister which translates from German as 'boy master' or 'young master'? A bit like when Benson and Hedges became Buzzing Hornets.

I did think that I want to clear coat over the stickers so it lasts longer and looks better. Think it may have to be Wera, Vaillant or Philippe Salvet as before.
